We source as much local produce as possible. We use the local butchers T Elliot & Sons for our meat.

Fruit & veg is from a local Dumfries Supplier, Our fish is fantastic, Haddock, straight from the North Atlantic through our suppliers to us. Our famous Stornoway Blackpudding is prepared & sent direct from Stornoway by Charles Macleod on Stornoway. Cant get better than that! Pioneer Foods and Booker Wholesale in Carlisle Cumbria are so helpful with supplies, we couldnt do without them! Overall we try very hard to maintain a very high standard of food but try it for yourselves, you wont be disappointed.
